Would it be nice to make some new friends?
Join us for our chair fitness class. Classes were designed by Dr. Lydia Woods who holds a PHD in kinesiology and are especially beneficial for balance and fall prevention.
Any exercise can be adapted to your ability and we don’t want you to exceed your comfort level. Chairs are provided. We use light weights and resistance bands for full body engagement. We laugh a lot and support each other through this journey of getting fit.
